Mathematics (Year 7)

The Mathematics course in Year 7 strengthens pupils’ numerical fluency, problem-solving ability, and mathematical reasoning. Building on prior learning, pupils develop confidence in using numbers, algebraic thinking, geometry, and data handling to solve increasingly complex problems. The course emphasises logical thinking, accuracy, and the application of mathematics to real-life situations, preparing pupils for further study in Key Stage 3 and beyond.
