About Course
The Mathematics course in Year 9 strengthens pupils’ mathematical fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills across number, algebra, geometry, statistics, and probability. Pupils apply mathematical concepts to increasingly complex problems, develop logical thinking, and communicate mathematical reasoning clearly. The course bridges Key Stage 3 and GCSE Mathematics, ensuring pupils are confident, resilient, and well-prepared for exam-style challenges.
